Proceeds from this Poker Run will help support Broken Halos Haven, a nonprofit serving young widows and their school-aged children through grief support, family programs, and a no-cost retreat experience designed to bring comfort, connection, and hope.

Welcome to the first annual Iron Horse Stables Foundation Poker Run. This is a multi-stop cruise through North Texas where you’ll collect cards along the route and build your best 5-card poker hand. The run finishes at Iron Horse Stables with prizes, awards, and a strong turnout for a great cause.
The Route
Participants will travel between five stops, collecting one card at each location:

You can complete the route in any order within the event window.

All participants must arrive at Iron Horse Stables before the final cutoff time.
How It Works
Each registration includes one poker hand.
At each stop, you’ll receive a card. By the end of the run, you’ll have a complete 5-card hand.
Want better odds? You can purchase additional hands during registration. Each hand is played separately, giving you multiple chances to win.
At the final stop, all hands are turned in and scored. The best 5-card hand takes the prize.
What to Expect
This is a relaxed, self-paced run designed to bring people together around cars, community, and a good cause. Expect a solid turnout, great stops along the way, and a strong finish at Iron Horse Stables.
Terry Sullivan BBQ will also be set up at the final stop at Iron Horse Stables, so there’ll be great food waiting at the finish!
