Developed by Rusty Vaughn and Vonderosa Properties as an evolution of his original man cave, this one-of-a-kind space blends the soul of Texas car culture with a deep-rooted commitment to family, community, and giving back.

The property currently features two flagship buildings: a custom clubhouse built to host unforgettable gatherings—with space to meet, celebrate, and move. Alongside the clubhouse is a full-size indoor multipurpose event space. Just across the former airstrip sits a replica Texaco station, serving as Rusty’s personal workshop and a future home for community events and creative collaboration.

Iron Horse Stables is the backdrop for Stampede at the Stables our annual cruise in and charity event—and we’re just getting started! With plans to expand, host more shows, partner with local organizations, and open the doors to fresh ideas, the vision is wide open.
