Iron Horse Stables Foundation Poker Run 2026 - Official Rules & Gameplay

Overview

The Iron Horse Stables Foundation Poker Run is a multi-stop driving event where participants collect one playing card at each location to build a 5-card poker hand. The best hand at the end of the run wins.

How It Works

  • Each registered participant receives one or more poker hands.

  • Each hand consists of five total cards, one collected at each stop.

  • At each location, event staff will draw a random card for each hand.

  • Participants do not choose their cards.

All cards are recorded by staff at each stop to ensure accuracy and prevent loss.

Route & Stops

Participants may complete the first four stops in any order. The run concludes at Iron Horse Stables.

Stops include:

  • American Eagle Harley-Davidson – Corinth

  • Frosty Drive N – Denton

  • Robertson Restoration – Denton

  • Hales Speed Shop – Lewisville

  • Final Stop: Iron Horse Stables – Argyle

A stamp will be provided at each stop to verify completion.

Timing

  • The event runs from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM

  • Participants may begin at any stop

  • All hands must be completed and submitted by 4:00 PM sharp

No exceptions will be made for late arrivals.

Multiple Hands

  • Participants may purchase additional hands during registration

  • Each hand is played separately

  • At each stop, a card will be drawn for each individual hand

Example: If you have 3 hands, you will receive 3 separate cards at each stop.

Gameplay Rules

  • One card per stop per hand

  • All five stops must be completed to qualify

  • No missed stops — incomplete hands are disqualified
